Returns and Exchanges

Cancellation Policy: 

Your order can be canceled only if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support team at support@ssunsu.in.

If your order is eligible for cancellation and the request is acknowledged, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless:

  • The product has been damaged during transit.
  • The product has physical defects.
  • An incorrect product has been shipped.

To initiate a return, please email us photos of the damaged or incorrect product within the specified time frame.

If you wish to return all or part of your order, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the products by emailing us at support@ssunsu.in.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal has been broken, or the serial number has been tampered with. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to validate the claim.

Once approved, eligible returns will receive a refund or replacement. If the product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be returned to you via courier.

For online payments, refunds will be processed back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving your request.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account within 14 working days of your refund request.
